Jestin Beran has over 20 years of service industry experience as a server, bartender, line cook and kitchen manager. He was the Kitchen Manager and Front of the House Manager at multiple Outback Steakhouses, and his locations consistently ranked in the Top 20 of over 900 Outback locations. Jestin was also a Kitchen Manager at Brickway Brewery.

As the Kitchen Manager for 88 Tactical’s Ammo Box Café, Jestin oversees the café staff, day-to-day operations, food preparation and execution, purchasing, and standards for training, sanitation and quality.
