Lynn Pozehl spent 25 years in the United States Army Reserves. During his military career, he served as a Calvary Scout, Infantry Platoon Sargent, Drill Sargent, Senior Drill Sargent, and Non-Commissioned Officer School Instructor. He is also trained as a Combat Lifesaver. Lynn’s civilian career with the Nebraska Department Of Corrections has spanned the last 21 years. His areas of responsibility have included Officer, Corporal, Unit Case Worker, and Unit Case Manager, as well as 3 years as Case Manager for Death Row, and a member of the Corrections Emergency Response Team.
Lynn has trained in various Martial Arts, including Judo, Taekwondo, and Krav Maga. He is certified in Pressure Point Control Tactics, CPR/First Aid, AED, and Chemical Weapons. Lynn is a NRA Pistol Instructor and State Of Nebraska Concealed Handgun Permit Instructor. Lynn enjoys pistol competition in both USPSA and IDPA, and is an IDPA Safety Officer.
