Intermediate Handgun Defense Level 4
Firearm Training Course
This is an Intermediate Handgun Defense Level 4 curriculum centered around Reality Behavior-Based Conditioning© (RBBC) as it relates to combative marksmanship. All 88 Tactical training courses are built on the core concept of RBBC.
RBBC was developed from this maxim: “the study of behavior is as important as the study of tactics.” 88 Tactical courses condition an appropriate crisis response that maximizes performance while working with, instead of against, a person’s survival-oriented instincts and intuitions.
This 4-hour Intermediate Handgun Defense Level 4 course takes all of the previously learned skills and applies them with increasingly dynamic tactics. The course will focus on moving quickly to a position of advantage and shooting, shooting on the move both offensively and defensively, using cover while responding, and introductory one-handed sighted fire. It will also improve on the performance of previously learned skills at increasing speed and distance. The course includes one hour of lecture and dry fire practice.
