Intermediate Active Killer Response
Survival Training Course
For most people, the idea of suddenly being confronted by a lone actor or terrorist bent on mass murder is unfathomable. 88 Tactical offers multiple levels of Active Killer Response, so you will know how to react and defend yourself in an active killer situation, whether you are armed or not.
Intermediate Active Killer Response covers the full spectrum of firearms response from the individual counter-assault perspective. Participants learn to respond to threats in emergency situations in the midst of innocent third parties.
This 9-hour course includes the “if, when, and how” of becoming involved in an active killer event, avoiding third party injury while responding to an active killer, and how to properly position yourself to deliver a shot with surgical precision. The instruction is a combination of live fire and interactive simulations. Students must have an intermediate level of skill with handguns. This course is held at our outdoor Tekamah Training Facility.
All 88 Tactical training courses are built on the core concept of Reality Behavior-Based Conditioning© (RBBC). RBBC was developed from this maxim: “the study of behavior is as important as the study of tactics.” 88 Tactical courses condition an appropriate crisis response that maximizes performance while working with, instead of against, a person’s survival-oriented instincts and intuitions. RBBC training is a paradigm shift designed specifically for individuals and organizations to more proactively respond to the threat of workplace violence, home invasion, an active shooter event, or terrorist attack.
