Since joining 88 Tactical in July 2024, Kaden has made a lasting impression with his upbeat, friendly personality and impressive performance on the Pro Shop sales floor. A proud member of the Marine Reserves for nearly two years, Kaden brings his passion for the firearms industry into everything he does at 88 Tactical. He’s a natural when it comes to connecting with customers and sharing his love of guns, and his enthusiasm is felt by both teammates and guests alike. Outside of work, Kaden enjoys bass fishing and  music. We’re lucky to have him on the team and are proud to recognize him as our Employee of the Month!

Man, what a place to be! In my time at 88 Tactical, I have seen an immeasurable amount of growth both in our company and more importantly our team. It is rare to find a group of people who are able to problem solve, communicate, and execute on a plan and even more so for said team to be able to do it time and time again. However, that is common place at 88 Tactical and it shows through the building down to every floor board. It’s hard to talk about “working” at 88 Tactical because it rarely feels like work, between the fun loving team and the members who are as part of the family as anyone, you really feel like a part of something bigger than yourself. I love meeting new members. I love my regulars that come in on Sunday brunch (the only time I work). Who doesn’t love breakfast, am I right? Working here has been an eye opener from previously working at a sports bar. Everyone loves the family atmosphere we have here. I can’t wait to see the new phases come alive.

Beautiful facility, well kept, nothing else like this in the Midwest. With this said, I feel that the real PEARL here is the Training Department. The knowledge and skills that they teach can and does truly save lives, while teaching us all to much more aware of our surroundings. I started off as a reluctant member. It took six months before I realized the value of being a member. The education and skills that I received in those six months cultivated a drive and passion for this field of work that I never knew existed inside of me. Through the apprenticeship I have donated so many hours, so much time, and I do not regret one second. I cannot speak highly enough about the instructors here at 88 Tactical. Every single one of them go above and beyond what is required of them and I am truly grateful and blessed to call them my colleagues, but most of all my friends.
