Membership Policies

88 Tactical’s Membership Policies outline the rules and regulations designed for our members safety and convenience when using the facility.

Monthly Dues

All membership dues shall be collected on the 1st or 15th of each month.

Badges

Bades can only be used by the person listed on the badge and should not be shared. Lost badges cost $10 to replace.

Cancellations

A member may terminate their membership at any time after the completion of the contract, by sending written notice to 88 Tactical at memberships@88tactical.com.

For billing dates that occur on the first of the month, if the notice is received on or before the 15th day of any month, the cancellation shall be effective as of the last day of such month. If the notice is received after the 15th day of any month, the cancellation shall be effective on the last day of the following month.

For any billing dates that do not occur on the first of the month, a 15-day cancellation notice is required.

Club Rule Violations

If a member or a member’s guest(s) violate any club rules or policies, 88 Tactical may terminate a member’s Membership at any time, by sending written notice to the member.

Membership Account Holds

If in a long-term contract, a member may put their membership on hold for up to three (3) months per calendar year any time after first full month dues are collected. This shall not be effective until the Hold Agreement is executed by the Member and 88 Tactical. A hold fee of $30.00/month will be charged to the payment method on file. Any requests made after the resume date will go into effect the following month and no refunds will be issued. Hold months are not applied toward contract length.

When a Family Membership or Corporate Membership is placed on hold, none of the membership benefits, access or amenities will be available to any of the people listed on the membership.

If a member puts in a cancellation notice, but decides to move forward with a hold instead, we will uphold our cancellation policy. If the original cancellation notice was received 15 days prior to the member’s next billing, the member may cancel their membership off of the hold and not incur any additional billings. If the original cancellation notice was received less than 15 days prior to the member’s next billing, and the member requests to cancel their membership off of the hold they will incur one additional billing prior to the cancellation of the membership.

If out of contract, there is no hold fee associated with a hold on the account.

Late Payments

There will be a 15-day grace period for any late payments. If payment is not received within 15 days of the original billing date, there will be a $35 late fee, in addition to payment of the unpaid Membership Dues. In the event any ACH charge is declined or returned, Member will be responsible for a processing fee of $35.00, immediately, in addition to payment of the unpaid Membership Dues, for each month that the Membership Dues are not paid.

88 Tactical reserves the right to immediately limit or terminate any or all Membership benefits and/or privileges, including termination of the Membership, of any member who is delinquent in the payment of Membership Dues.
